EHCA offers a challenging academic program taught from a Biblical perspective, where children grow in confidence and thrive academically, spiritually, socially and physically.

Our elementary program builds a solid foundation for your child in the core subjects of Bible, Math, Science, Language Arts and Social Studies. Our teachers provide endless opportunities for your child to explore, engage and laugh in our classrooms as they teach these essential skills and help your child fall in love with learning. Small class sizes provide each child the attention they deserve. In addition to the core subjects, individualized programs allow each child to progress at their own pace in math and reading.

The following enrichment programs are a critical part of learning and have been designed to enhance your child’s education.

• Spanish - Students will learn Spanish starting with simple words including colors, numbers and months of the year and will progress to conversational phrases, high frequency words and common verbiage. Songs, games, food and class activities will be incorporated. The cultures of various Spanish speaking regions will be explored.

• Art - This enrichment program is in addition to art done in the classroom. Your child will be introduced to the principles and elements of art through a wide variety of media including but not limited to colored pencil, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, and 3-D forms.

• Music - The music program emphasizes the appreciation for music through listening, singing, and instrument playing.  Beginning theory skills are taught for reading music.  Music history and historical figures are also incorporated.  Christmas and Spring programs are presented for our students to share what they have learned.

• PE - Our program focuses on age-appropriate activities, games and sports for your child. Self-control, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, basic anatomy and physiology, first aid, nutrition, health, hygiene, equipment care, and good sportsmanship are all integrated into the program at various grade levels.
